Q: How much will it cost?
A: Around 95% of our jobs are covered by the standard charge of just £40, this cost applies regardless of the time and are not charged a call out fee.
Some jobs may require specialist software or replacement hardware and this will incur additional costs but our engineers will inform you of this before any work commences so you will always be aware of the final cost.Q: What areas do you cover?
A: Portsmouth, Southampton and close surrounding areas are covered without a callout fee.Q: What if I don't want you to take my PC away?
A: Then we won't. Very rarely is it necessary to take the PC away for further testing in a lab environment. You will be informed of this and given the option of using a loaner PC, but if you would prefer us not to take it then we won't and you will be given other options to get the PC fixed.Q: How can I pay?
A: Once your job is completed you will have the option to pay using cash, all major cards and Paypal. If you choose to pay through our website then you will receive a receipt of your work through email. Alternatively you can pay the engineer who visits once he is finished.
